Transportation
The Roanoke–Blacksburg Regional Airport is located approximately 40 scenic miles from Blacksburg. Uber/Lyft, convenient and inexpensive bus service, and taxis are also readily available to assist with transport from the airport to campus.

While this is a regional airport and only offers non-stop flights to large cities including Chicago, Atlanta, New York, and Dulles, multiple airlines including United, Delta, and American service this airport.

Lodging
Suggested lodging is at the University hotel, The Inn at Virginia Tech. There are many available hotels located around Blacksburg, but shuttles will leave from The Inn.

There is also an option for conference housing on campus that will be announced later. This option is great for anyone on a budget (graduate students!). The rooms can be rented as private or doubles, have a private bathroom and air conditioning, are in our newest dorm, and are located just a minute walk from the conference sessions. More information on this option will be available
within the next few months.
